Madonna birthday Party at the Boca Resort
All my friends are asking me where’s my post about the “famous” Madonna’s 55 birthday party that the Boca Resort in Boca Raton Florida had. Well l being very busy with new projects, fashion week but here l’m sharing my so “excited” night at the fancy resort. The true is l never wanted really to go in that party since all the parties at the Boca Resort suck, but than my darling Boyfriend convinced me that we should go and so did my Boss told me that would be fun. l love Madonna’s songs and style, the gold top l wore was a copy of Madonna’s costume that Jean Paul Gaultier made it just for her tour “the blonde ambition” back at 80’s. Since than the gold top has been everywhere, perfumes and Coca~ Cola advertises. Somehow Jean Paul brings back also in some of he’s shows in Paris during fashion week. When l was getting ready l had little trouble to do the ponytail, but then l had the brilliant idea to cut the wig l had home and put it all my real hair inside of the ponytail and it worked out perfectly. l was the only one dressed up as Madonna, if it wasn’t some wedding happening, that “party” would have been a fiasco. Thanks Boca Resort for telling me that l won the best costume, and tks Boca Resort for NEVER give me my prize.

Street style, ideas for New York fashion week*

For the girls all over the world, who is coming to New York City this week for fashion week, here is something for you to think about it before you finish your fabulous suitcase.
No that you need, l’m sure if you’re coming to this incredible party you must have a sense of fashion, but it’s always good to look and help with some idea.
In my opinion l think you should keep it simple and chic at the same time, make sure to play with your clothes, don’t go out buy anything, l know you have beautiful things just mix it up and the most important be yourself and happy fashion week*

New Exhibition at Metropolitan Museum Explores Three Centuries of Worldwide Textile Trade

I can’t explain how exited l’m for being invited for the New Exhibition at Metropolitan Museum Explores Three Centuries of Worldwide Textile Trade. It’s an honor for fashion on rock being able to be at this amazing event. The Worldwide Textile Trade, 1500-1800 is the first major exhibition to explore the international transmittal of design from the 16th to the early 19th century through the medium of textiles. It will highlight an important design story that has never before been told from a truly global perspective. Beginning in the 16th century, the golden age of European maritime navigation in search of spice routes to the east brought about the flowering of an abundant textile trade, causing a breathtaking variety of textiles in a multiplicity of designs and techniques to travel across the globe. Textiles, which often acted as direct currency for spices and other goods, made their way from India and Asia to Europe, between India and Asia and Southeast Asia, from Europe to the east, and eventually to the west to North and South America. Trade textiles blended the traditional designs, skills, and tastes of all of the cultures that produced them, resulting in objects that are both intrinsically beautiful and historically fascinating.
Thank you to the Met Museum for this special invitation. The exhibition will open to the public September 16, 2013–January 5, 2014.

Let's bring the jeans jacket back*

This week l decided to resurrect my jeans jacket from my closet. After being at the Punk chaos to couture, the cool exhibition in NYC l felt like to have something Punk rock. At the met Museum they were selling punk rock ‘n’ roll pins, first l thought nah, but they l thought again how cool it would be if l put it on my jeans jacket, so l did and worked well and will be wearing soon. Promise to post here my “new” look. Actually nothing new about jeans jacket, as you know it comes from way back and still a hit, but unfortunately people forgot about this fashionable piece. Some people still wearing it, but we don’t see it very often anymore. Please ladies don’t forget about these stylish jeans that gives nothing, but a modern-classic look.
