The Metropolitan Museum of Art will celebrate the extraordinary gift collection of Sandy Scheier featuring incredible womenswear, accessories, and fashion illustrations.
Designers such Cristóbal Balenciaga, Pierre Balmain, Gabrielle Chanel, Christian Dior, Charles James, Karl Lagerfeld (for Choé and his own brand) Jeanne Lanvin and more will have their works including in the exhibition.
In Pursuit of Fashion: The Sandy Scheier Collection will be on view Nov. 27, 2019 to May 17, 2020 at the Anna Wintour Costume Center
